Why in the steakhouses the menu folder should be heavier than in other restaurants?
Date of addition: Jan. 14, 2019, 4:59 p.m.When we think of steak, we usually imagine a heavy, you might say old-school, leather menu, preferably with gold hardware and other metal accessories like screws and tinsel. The explanation that immediately springs to mind is that since we're talking about meat, especially beef, it's supposed to remind us of that kind of Wild West vibe... and above all, heavy food, so heavy menu!.
