How to care for Bamboo?

Bamboo itself is a very strong and resistant material, so any impregnations are optional. They should be tested in an inconspicuous area before possible application. Bamboo can withstand a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels and is ideal for outdoor kitchens and restaurant gardens. At the end of the season of use, to extend the life of the bamboo, it should be stored in a dry and shaded area.

How to clean Bamboo?

Important information

Bamboo is a material that is very easy to clean. Water and, in more demanding cases, gentle cleaners will work best. Avoid more aggressive chemical and natural preparations and harsh cleaners that can cause micro-damage. If stains or discolouration occur after contact with food, vinegar or baking soda can be used.

Bamboo info

The rules described do not apply to applied logos, which are much more susceptible to dissolving and washing off, in the case of decorations such as hot stamping with coloured foil or printing. Such areas should not be cleaned, but only wiped very gently with a cotton cloth and clean water.
